In 1981, founder and President Cal Gazdag's vision became a reality when he formed the company,
Caribou Land Services Ltd. Initially, the goal was to provide land acquisition services for both
private and public resource-based industries. As the company expanded, and continues to grow,
Caribou Land Services Ltd. has become a fully integrated land service company providing many
